Detailed Instructions for Registering on eAYSO

TO IMPROVE THE PROCESS AND YOUR EXPERIENCE, ALL PRE-REGISTRATION MUST BE DONE VIA OUR ONLINE REGISTRATION AT eAYSO.

Is Your Child New to Region 697?

THE FOLLOWING EXPLAINS THE PROCESS FOR ANY CHILD WHO IS NEW TO REGION 697.

In addition to completing the player application and/or volunteer applications in eAYSO, you must drop your forms at 725 S. Euclid, Oak Park, by 2/12/2013.

Summary of Steps

Login to the eAYSO website and pre-register the new player; print and sign one copy of the completed forms

Register as a new volunteer in eAYSO (please!); print and sign 2 copies of the completed forms

Drop off all completed forms and a check for the fees or credit card receipt at 725 South Euclid by 2/12/2013.

Step 1 Online Pre-Registration at eAYSO.org

1. Go to eAYSO.org
2. Click the My child is new to AYSO and wants to play soccer button
3. On the Welcome page, complete the parent information text boxes and click Next. (If the Parent is already in the database due to another child already registered, follow the on-screen directions to login with the existing email address & password, select Application for a new player, and skip Step 5 below)
4. Fill in an email address (this is your unique ID), password and security info. Write down this information, as you will need it whenever you register your child. Click Next
5. Tab Step 1: Select "I want my child(ren) to play in region", enter 697, and click Next
6. Tab Step 2: Fill in all of the Parent/Guardian info, and click Next
7. Tab Step 3: Fill in all the Player info, and click Next
8. Tab Step 4: Identify how you would like to volunteer to help with our program (please), and click Next
9. Tab Step 5: Read the Region Info, and click Next
10. Tab Step 6: Read the legal fine print, and click I agree
11. Volunteer and click Next
12. Proceed with payment
13. Return to the main menu screen, you can now add any additional players (or update returning players)
14. On the main menu screen, click on Print player form, select a player's name to generate, and print out the 2-page form; click Back
15. Print the forms for any other players; click Back

Step 2 Drop off forms 725 S. Euclid by 2/12/2013.

For all children, make sure you handwrite the grade your child is in at the top of the registration form.

Did Your Child Play in the Fall?

1. Use the Sign-up for Other Programs link in eAYSO and follow the prompts. The video below shows instructions. The printed forms will look exactly like the Fall forms, so it's important you bring proof of payment for the spring season.

Has Your Child Played Before, but Not This Past Fall?

1. Use the Application for Returning Player link in eAYSO and follow the prompts.

Online Volunteer Registration

1. Go to eAYSO.org
2. Login with the email address and password you created in Player pre-registration above
3. On the main menu screen, Apply as a new adult volunteer (or Update volunteer information as appropriate)
4. Fill in all of the information on the 8 Tab Steps, submit the info, print two copies of the volunteer form and drop off forms at 725 S. Euclid, Oak Park, by 2/12/2013.
