Fall 2013 Season Information
- The Fall 2013 season offers soccer for those who are at least 6 and under 19 years old as of July 31, 2013
- Games begin in late August and most games are played on Saturdays through early November
- Practice times and locations are determined by the coach.
- Games are held in Oak Park and surrounding communities. U19 games involve some travel to other Regions (Hyde Park, Elmhurst, etc.)
- We have separate divisions for boys and girls U8-U14. U19 is co-ed.
Fall 2013 Registration
In order to make your registration process go smoothly, pre-register at eayso.org. You will need to bring printed copies of the player and volunteer registration forms to the registration site.
$125 per child
$50 discount starting with the 3rd child from the same family

STEP ONE - Online Pre-Registration
ALL players must pre-register on eAYSO. For returning players, this will be a very easy process. For new players, it will take 5 extra minutes to fill out some basic information. All credit cards payments must be made through eAYSO.org Print 1 copy of the 2-page form to bring to the in-person registration. No need to bring the concussion form. Step-Two, In-Person Registration will go more smoothly because you're pre-registering. Instructions for registering are below. |

Applications for financial assistance can
be made at the in-person registration.
Please bring a copy of the pre-registration form printed from eAYSO for each player, along with proof of CC payment, cash or check. |
After May 22nd, provided space is available, we will charge a $50 per player late registration fee.

New Players
1) If your child is a New Player, go to this page for complete instructions. Remember, in addition to registering online, you need to drop off your forms at the address above.

Returning Families
Did your child play in the past?
1) Go to eAYSO, select "Application for returning player" as seen in the image below. Follow the prompts to complete your application. Remember, in addition to registering online, you need to drop off your forms at OPRF HS on one of the dates noted above.
2) Bring one copy of the form and proof of payment/check to OPRF HS on one of the dates noted above. No need to bring the concussion form.
