Sometimes, between registration and the start of play, scheduling conflicts come up, a child changes his mind, or situations change (maybe you moved). We will refund your registration fee based on the following policy for Fall Season:
Prior to March 8, 2014, submit a WITHDRAWAL & REFUND REQUEST form and we will refund 100% of your registration fee.
Refund Requests Received between March 8th and the first game*
Between March 8th and the first game, submit a WITHDRAWAL & REFUND REQUEST form and we will refund 50% of your registration fee
Refund Requests Received after the first game date - NO REFUND*
*Barring medical release or moving out of the area.
No refunds for late registrations, unless with a medical release or moving out of the area.
These will be handled on an as-needed basis. Please contact the division coordinator for information.
Refunds are only issued to players who are dropping out and have never used the uniform, and have returned it to the coach. To drop your child and receive a refund from AYSO you must complete, print and email/submit a Withdrawal and Refund Form to:
