Refund Policy

Policy for U8-U14, Spring Season

Sometimes, between registration and the start of play, scheduling conflicts come up, a child changes his mind, or situations change (maybe you moved). We will refund your registration fee based on the following policy for Fall Season:

Refund Requests Received BEFORE March 9

Prior to March 9, 2013, submit a WITHDRAWAL & REFUND REQUEST form and we will refund 100% of your registration fee.

Refund Requests Received between March 9th and the first game*

Between March 9th and the first game, submit a WITHDRAWAL & REFUND REQUEST form and we will refund 50% of your registration fee

Refund Requests Received after playing the first game - NO REFUND*

*Barring medial release or moving out of the area.

No refunds for late registrations, unless with a medical release or moving out of the area.

Policy for U19, Spring Season

These will be handled on an as-needed basis. Please contact the division coordinator for information.

Withdrawal and Refund Form

Refunds are only issued to players who are dropping out and have never used the uniform, and have returned it to the coach. To drop your child and receive a refund from AYSO you must complete, print and email/submit a Withdrawal and Refund Form to:
