AYSO serving the youth of Oak Park and surrounding communities
AYSO Region 697 is an all-volunteer organization providing spring and fall soccer programs for elementary through high school players from the Oak Park area.
Teams are balanced and organized by age. It's all about the kids.
Participation is open to all. Volunteers welcome.
Division by Age and Grade
Children born after August 31, 2006 are too young for our league. The Park District of Oak Park has a very good soccer program for children that age.
We run divisions by grades and do not allow players to "play up" in a division above their age and grade.
U8 - 1st and 2nd graders
U10 - 3rd and 4th graders
U12 - 5th and 6th graders
U14 - 7th and 8th graders
U16/U19 - High schoolers
NOTE: If your child has an August birthday, the eAYSO system may place them in a lower division than their classmates. We place players in divisions by grade unless you specifically tell us you want the child to stay in their age-assigned division.
For all children, make sure you handwrite the grade your child is in at the top of the registration form.
